Mission of the ADRC of Rock County is to support older adults, people with disabilities, their families and caregivers by providing useful information, assistance and education on community services and long term care options.

The ServiceLink network is the known and trusted source for individuals and families seeking information and assistance with all matters relating to aging.

GLSS was established to serve those over 60, adults of all ages with disabilities, and their families in Lynn, Lynnfield, Nahant, Saugus, and Swampscott. Many of our programs reach beyond our service area, helping people throughout the North Shore.

HESSCO is the Area Agency on Aging and Aging Services Access Point for South Norfolk County helping older adults and people living with a disability to remain safe and independent for as long as possible.

The Aging Services Division, administers programs and services that enhance the ability of older individuals and individuals with physical disabilities to maintain as much independence as possible and remain in their own homes and communities.

The Bucks County Area Agency on Aging (AAA), one of 52 in Pennsylvania, is responsible for the planning and implementation of a variety of services and programs to assist older adults and their families.

South Coast Business Employment Corporation is the designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA) serving all of Coos and Curry Counties and assists with providing services to persons over the age of 60.

Area X Agency on Aging/Hill County Council on Aging serves seniors and their caregivers in the Montana counties of Granite, Powell, Deer Lodge, Silver Bow, Madison and Beaverhead.

The Seniors Council is as community-based non-profit organization providing services in Santa Cruz, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Monterey Counties. It provides services for seniors in Santa Cruz & San Benito Counties as the Area Agency on Aging.

For individuals caring for their loved ones with Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia. Meets 2nd Wednesday of the month from 1:00- 2:00 pm.
