Mountain Empire Older Citizens, Inc.(MEOC) is designated as the area agency on aging and public transit provider for Wise, Lee and Scott Counties and City of Norton in the southwestern tip of Virginia in the mountains of central Appalachia.

This meeting is open to all caregivers supporting patients and family members living with various mental disorders.

SRA provides and promotes programs for active older adults, assists seniors and their families in finding resources, and delivers quality, professional services that meet a senior's individual needs.

Support Groups meet 2 times a month.
