Dementia/Alzheimer's Support Group
Meets every third Thursday of the month at 1pm
Day care available for your loved one while in the meeting

This support group is FREE & open to everyone...Due to the sensitive discussions, we ask that you please RSVP prior to attending.

Longmont Senior Services provides a wide variety of assistance from caregiver and grief support groups to individual counseling with a licensed counselor or with our Senior-to-Senior Peer Counseling team. We also have 2 resource specialists on staff.

The NSCFF Circle is a unique opportunity to partake in monthly meetings for sharing, venting, and supporting one another! Meetings are led by our MS Social Worker, Oylime Fernandez, LCSW.
