Memory Care Home Solutions is a non-profit organization that exists to extend and improve quality time at home for families caring for loved ones with memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Our customized services are provided at no charge.

The NSCFF Circle is a unique opportunity to partake in monthly meetings for sharing, venting, and supporting one another! Meetings are led by our MS Social Worker, Oylime Fernandez, LCSW.

We're a support group for families effected by Autism Spectrum Disorders. We provide guest speakers on specific topics of discussion. Or sometimes we just sit and ask each other opinions and vent or cry.

This meeting is open to all caregivers supporting patients and family members living with various mental disorders.

Join us at our support group! We are open to open to anyone touched by the disease: caregivers, at-risk individuals, people diagnosed with HD, friends or loved ones.
