The Southeast Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability Serves Older Adults, Adults with Disabilities and Their Families in Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Hamilton, Marion, McMinn, Meigs, Polk, Rhea and Sequatchie Counties.

The Aging Commission of the Mid-South (ACMS) is the designated Area Agency on Aging and Disability (AAAD) for Fayette, Lauderdale, Shelby, and Tipton Counties in West Tennessee.
