DRCOG plans and provides comprehensive services to address the needs of the region's population of older adults and people living with disabilities serving Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Gilpin, and Jefferson counties.

The Weld County AAA is located in the Department of Human Services and also houses the Long-Term Care Single Entry Point, ADRC Program and Adult Protective Services for those ages 18 and older.

South-Central Colorado Seniors is the Area Agency on Aging and Disability Resource Center serving Alamosa, Conejos, Costilla, Mineral, Rio Grande and Saguache Counties.

The Mesa County Area Agency on Aging plans, coordinates and offers services that help older adults remain in their home aided by services such as Meals-on-Wheels, homemaker assistance and other programs needed to make independent living possible.
