Catholic Charities Senior and Caregiver Support Services
Catholic Charities Senior and Caregiver Support Services is part of Community Crisis Network (CCN), a collaborative approach to providing crisis intervention services in Schenectady County and is supported by Schenectady Inner City Ministry, Catholic Charities Senior Services in Schenectady, City Mission of Schenectady, YWCA of NENY, Schenectady Community Action Program and area faith-based congregations including the Jewish community. The purpose of the CCN is: to provide direct crisis intervention services to people who are unable to meet their basic needs; to engage people in short- and long-term services of the partner agencies; to educate the community about the needs of people in poverty; and to advocate for community change.

Aging Services Information and Assistance
Information about community resources, help with enrollment in Medicaid, Medicare Drug Coverage and Food Stamps programs.
Dayhaven Adult Day Services
Full- and half-day programs for adults with disabilities or memory impairments.
Senior Dining Centers
Offering nutritious midday meals and activities at four Schenectady County locations.
Meals on Wheels
Offering delicious and nutritious meal delivery five or seven days weekly.
Nutrition Outreach and Education Program
Ending hunger in our communities through participation in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly the Food Stamp Program.
Reliable transportation for senior residents of Schenectady County. Wheelchairs welcome; door-to-door escorted service available.
