Area IV Agency on Aging and Community Action Programs
The Agency on Aging portion of the organization is mandated by the Federal Older Americans Act of 1965 to respond to the needs of aging adults and their caregivers as a way of helping them remain independent. It focuses on services and programs for the elderly and persons with disabilities of all ages by serving the counties of: Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Warren & White counties.

NOTE: Our agency is located in Lafayette, Indiana. For the Agency on Aging services, we serve the counties of Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Warren or White, of Indiana. If you do not live in one of these counties, you will need to contact the Area Agency on Aging that serves your county to ask them if they have a similar program or know of other possible resources. For the services of the Community Action Programs, we serve Carroll, Clinton, White and Tippecanoe Counties. If you do not live in these counties, you will need to contact the Community Action Program in your county for assistance.
